REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree holder in Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing and digital experience from F&B industries.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Prior experience on ecommerce platform will be considered favourably.
  • Keen interest in social media content development and latest digital trends.
  • Customers focused with strong reliance on data, analysis and insight.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to complex, fast-changing work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor and analyse social media KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Must be proactive in taking learnings and tweak strategy and posts accordingly.
  • Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to support business objectives, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey across all platforms including social media and company website.
  • Track marketing metrics and analyse digital data to measure marketing success, improve traffic and engagement.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns.
  • Launching promotional offers and events to attract new and existing customers.
  • Lead content and community management across social media platforms—ensuring brand consistency, timely engagement, and relevance to drive awareness and affinity.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor and digital trend analysis through social listening and digital monitoring tools to uncover opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure optimal investment efficiency, with clear tracking of ROI and performance against defined KPIs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and marketing innovations, proactively applying relevant insights to keep the brand at the forefront of digital engagement.
  • Actively track and manage public comments/feedback and private direct messages across owned social media channels. Monitor, engage and respond to guest interactions and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.Ad hoc duties assigned by superior/ manager.
