JOB SUMMARY

As we continue expanding our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Ideally, we seek a candidate with an agency background who can bring a strategic and creative approach to our marketing efforts.
If you are a digital or creative marketing professional with a strong understanding of analytics, data trends, market analysis, and social media management - along with the ability to lead marketing initiatives that enhance our brand both online and offline - this role is for you.

In a short time, we have grown into one of the UK’s leading online healthcare providers. What started as a team of three has now expanded to a dedicated talented workforce of 30, and we continue to grow.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
· Previous success in developing, implementing, and monitoring successful marketing campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, including using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
· Excellent written skills, including copywriting and a strong flair for engaging social media content writing.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
· Experience updating website content.
· Email campaign experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to interpret metrics using Excel or similar software.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • A background in IT or related fields is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Work closely with our existing marketing agency to align strategies and maximize impact.
  • A good understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, and Meta Ads, so you can challenge the agency on campaign performance.
  • Analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making and refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead social media management and content strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Ensure a balance between creativity and data-driven decision-making in all marketing initiatives.

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Create and publish compelling written content for various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to enhance organic visibility and generate website traffic.
  • Social media managing & analysis – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, TikTok, covering all areas from creating posts, engagement, building followership and brand awareness, both organic and paid.
  • Engage with news outlets and journalists

DUTIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through continuous analysis and adjustment.
  • Oversee social media management across various platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Utilise analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
  • Maintain an organised schedule for content creation, campaign launches, and performance reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of industry developments.
