Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join Keep as a Digital Marketing Manager, where your strategic thinking and data-driven approach will be key to refining our market positioning and driving growth. You’ll lead rigorous testing, experimentation, and analysis to shape our brand narrative, optimize customer engagement, and navigate the evolving fintech landscape with agility and insight.

Beyond execution, this role demands strong leadership. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Your leadership will be key in mentoring talent, optimizing workflows, and driving results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies using a rigorous, experiment-driven approach.
  • Leading and mentoring the marketing team, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with other departments ensures a cohesive and integrated approach to customer communications and brand representation.
  • Breaking down hypotheses and structuring experiments to validate or refine them, ensuring decisions are data-backed.
  • Deeply understanding our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and leveraging brand marketing experience to refine our messaging.
  • Writing creative briefs that clearly articulate hypotheses, testing methodologies, and expected learnings.
  • Owning the full marketing funnel—customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Leveraging performance marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, paid ads, content marketing) to drive measurable results.
  • Advising on marketing aspects of new product launches, service offerings, or business ventures.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and applying best practices from top-tier marketing organizations.
