WHAT WE DO

Kentik is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in designing and managing high-impact paid campaigns that drive measurable results across global markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams and an external agency, you will take ownership of paid search, paid social, and display advertising channels. The ideal candidate is competent in both strategy and execution, with a proven track record in developing comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create a well-documented digital advertising strategy and execution plan that includes paid search (Google Ads), social (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Reddit), display, and programmatic advertising
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and an external agency to execute paid digital strategies and campaigns and constantly test, measure, and optimize to improve ROAS
  • Own and meticulously manage a digital advertising budget, ensuring the optimal spend mix across segments, channels, and geos to achieve growth targets
  • Create and manage an advertising calendar that provides visibility into ads running, duration, and schedule for new and/or refreshed creative
  • Provide consistent and actionable performance analysis; present insights and recommendations to improve results; and partner with cross-functional teams to implement optimizations
  • Oversee the management and flawless execution of an external agency; ensure priorities are clear, data is validated, performance is tracked, and goals are achieved
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge

  • 7+ years of experience in being directly accountable for developing and executing paid media strategies in global markets
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with rigorous attention to grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Background in B2B tech marketing, familiarity with the enterprise software buying cycle and what motivates our ICP/personas strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of paid media metrics, industry benchmarks, and measurement methodologies
  • Proficient in AdTech and MarTech (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Marketo, 6sense, etc.)
  • Adept at using technology and AI in various forms to make data-driven decisions and/or create efficiencies
  • Growth and experimentation mindset; willingness to learn, explore, and implement new methods to reach our audiences
  • Highly strategic and data-driven with a growth and analytical mindset; impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy
  • Team player, able to lead and drive progress in a collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders.

The compensation range for this position is: $125,000 - $175,000. This range reflects the low and high end of the U.S. compensation range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher than the stated range depending on various factors, including but not limited to:
