You will have:

  • Strategic Digital Leadership: 6+ years in progressive digital marketing roles, with experience driving measurable business outcomes through digital channels
  • Industry Insight: Background in hospitality, lifestyle brands, or related customer-centric industries where you’ve successfully elevated digital presence
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of modern marketing technology including:
  • Google Analytics 4 and data visualisation tools
  • Paid media platforms across search, social, and programmatic channels
  • CRM systems and marketing automation
  • SEO strategy and implementation
  • Understanding of emerging technologies like AI in marketing and personalisation strategies
  • Digital Transformation: Proven success managing complex digital projects, particularly website migrations and platform integrations
  • Content & Creative Direction: Ability to develop compelling digital content strategies that build brand equity while driving conversions
  • Team Leadership: Experience mentoring digital specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Commercial Focus: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and ROI-focused strategies

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to champion innovative approaches
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding digital performance metrics
  • Valid driver’s license for travel between venues
Responsibilities
  • Multi-Platform Strategy: Develop and execute integrated digital strategies across web, social media, paid media, email, and CRM to amplify brand presence and drive revenue.
  • Paid Media & E-Commerce: Lead performance-driven campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring ROI-focused budget allocation and conversion optimisation.
  • SEO & Website Optimisation: Oversee SEO strategy and website performance, working with agencies to enhance visibility, traffic, and user experience.
  • Platform Migration: Lead and manage website re-platforming projects, ensuring smooth transitions between CMS platforms.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Creative Leadership: Champion bold, engaging, and on-brand creative content that resonates with our audiences.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and develop a small but dynamic marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Project Management: Manage digital marketing components of major business initiatives, from platform migrations to event launches.
