The Opportunity: Are you a humanity driven, data inspired Marketing Manager eager to drive impactful growth for a mission-led company?
Limitless Women is seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to join our lean, high-performing remote team. This is a critical role that will directly contribute to our current impact goals and will lay the groundwork for our expansion in the coming years. You will be instrumental in expanding our brand visibility, attracting our ideal clients (faith inspired female entrepreneurs aged 35-55), and nurturing them through compelling campaigns. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love seeing your marketing efforts translate into tangible results, and are committed to both profit and purpose, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities): As our Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for driving qualified leads and brand visibility through thoughtful strategy, compelling messaging, and data-driven optimization. Your key outcomes will include:

  • Strategic Clarity: Deliver a comprehensive 90-day marketing roadmap two weeks before each quarter-start.
  • Lead Generation: Achieve specific monthly targets for qualified leads at defined Cost-per-Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals.
  • Audience Nurture: Ensure a consistent and highly engaging email newsletter and robust social media presence.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years experience with successful conversions in digital marketing, ideally within a coaching, consulting, or online education business serving female entrepreneurs.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a track record of crafting compelling sales and nurture copy.
  • Fluency in major ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a clear understanding of campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with content strategy and repurposing across various platforms (podcast, YouTube, blog, social media).
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Go High Level experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills, comfortable coordinating with a remote team and external designers.
  • Alignment with Limitless Women’s core values: Profits for Purpose, Integrity, Collaborative Partnership, Growth in Divine Timing.
  • Passion for empowering female entrepreneurs and contributing to a greater purpose.
Responsibilities

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Craft and maintain our Editorial and Campaign Calendar, coordinating all content, ads, and events.
  • Write or refine compelling copy for emails, ads, and landing pages, providing clear briefs to designers.
  • Plan and execute major campaign strategies for “Sales Trigger” events and product launches, including messaging and funnel design.
  • Plan upcoming content pieces and brief designers for necessary creatives.
  • Paid Advertising Management:
  • Launch, monitor daily, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and audiences to maximize performance.
  • Content & Social Media Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the content strategy across our platforms (Limitless Women Podcast, YouTube, social media).
  • Systematically repurpose long-form content (podcasts, YouTube videos) into engaging social media snippets, email excerpts, and blog posts.
  • Maintain daily social media engagement by posting tips, client stories, and behind-the-scenes content on Instagram and LinkedIn, and actively responding to comments.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze overall marketing performance and prepare a Weekly Marketing Scorecard (CPL, CTR, ROAS, list growth, email engagement, lead magnet opt-ins) for our Monday Leadership Sync.
  • Conduct deeper dives into monthly marketing metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Regularly review your strategic roadmap for accuracy and relevance.
  • Partnerships & Growth:
  • Identify and outreach to potential podcast hosts or strategic partners for cross-promotion and joint ventures.
