We need a Digital Marketing Manager to take the reins on our advertising, marketing strategy, and website management. If you know your way around lead generation, paid ads, and performance marketing, we want you.
The best part? You won’t be doing this solo—you’ll have a rockstar team backing you up for design and website tweaks. Your job is to run the show, scale our reach, and make sure every marketing dollar turns into results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing (advertising, lead generation, and funnels)
  • Proven experience running Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • LinkedIn ad knowledge is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing marketing performance
  • Basic website management skills (keywords, content, flow)
  • Familiarity with CRM marketing and automation tools (GoHighLevel is a bonus)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Oversee website updates and landing page performance
  • Implement and optimize marketing strategies to attract insurance agents
  • Manage email sequences and automation within our CRM (GoHighLevel experience is a plus)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI and conversions
  • Research new marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly
