The experienced team of medical providers sees patients from in and around Los Angeles, with offices in East Los Angeles, Wilshire, Santa Fe Springs, Tarzana, Encino, Valencia, and Thousand Oaks.
As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, amplify our message, and connect with patients and providers across digital platforms.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies that drive engagement, promote services, and increase brand awareness across LAOSS and affiliated partner brands. This role requires a blend of content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and trend awareness—ideally within a healthcare or wellness environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage content for healthcare, wellness, or similar industries
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, informative tone
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with HIPAA considerations in social media marketing
  • Bonus: experience with multi-location or provider-based businesses

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and implement a cross-platform social media calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clinic partners to source content ideas and highlight success stories

Content Creation & Campaign Development

  • Create branded graphics, videos, and copy that communicate Unity MSK’s value and mission
  • Build educational and promotional campaigns that speak to both patients and referring providers
  • Support special campaigns for service lines (e.g., orthopedics, physical therapy, pain management)
