DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER, MAIL/IDA

We are currently recruiting for a new Digital Marketing Manager. The successful applicant must be situated near one of our offices in either London, Milan or Munich.
The Digital Marketing Manager Mail/IDA will strategize, create, execute and report on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in support of Europe Mail and IDA lead generation goals. They will assist in the development of campaign strategy and lead the day-to-day execution of those campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees the EUROPE MRS/IDA digital marketing campaigns in the day-to-day implementation of our lead gen strategy, including ideation, execution and reporting of multi-channel lead gen campaigns.
  • Primary day-to-day liaison with the Global Field Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment and proper execution of global campaigns.
  • Work alongside our ABM specialist on platform 6Sense including platform implementation and set-up, ABM strategy, audience building & targeting, campaign building, data sharing, lead distribution, and collaboration with Sales.
  • Manage content syndication programs including budgeting, bid optimization, ad creative, video, keyword research, competitive analysis and landing pages.
  • Direct social media campaigns include creative conception and development, content distribution, audience targeting, tactical implementation and reporting. Manages all media buying.
  • Develops and executes global SEO strategies for Mail and IDA including keyword research, competitive research, content optimization, and website navigation and technical infrastructure.
  • Responsible for quality control over all outgoing communications including copywriting & proof reading, value propositions, tone of voice and adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
  • Track, measure and report performance of all SEO, display, social, paid search efforts and assess performance against goals (ROI / KPIs).
  • Train, mentor and share expertise in digital marketing with the global marketing organization to help younger staff gain experience, knowledge and grow as marketers.
  • Conduct Market Research & Competitive Analysis to support lead gen initiatives.
