Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and run the department. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our digital strategy as we expand our presence and enhance our customer journey online.
We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital channels, drive bookings, and elevate the Marlin brand. You’ll have the autonomy to lead on strategy while getting hands-on with content, campaigns, and performance analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Marlin’s serviced apartments, hotels, and aparthotels.
  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Maintain and enhance Marlin’s online presence, including website management and SEO.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
