Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be at the forefront of Medrecruit’s digital growth - leading data-driven strategies across Google, Meta, and key digital channels. You’ll own campaign performance, experiment relentlessly, and continuously improve how we attract and engage healthcare professionals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Paid Media: Manage and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, and medical job boards.
  • Experimentation & CRO: A/B testing is second nature to you. You’ll lead with hypotheses and never stop optimising for performance.
  • Data & Insights: Dive into GA4, Looker Studio, Holistics, and Salesforce to uncover insights, measure success, and inform smarter decisions.
  • AI-Forward Thinking: You’re tuned in to how AI is evolving digital marketing — especially how search is changing — and you’re not just watching it happen, you’re applying it.
  • SEO: You’ll lead our SEO strategy, improving visibility and organic performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our content and design teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, impactful, and aligned to business goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor shifts in healthcare, recruitment, and digital trends to uncover new opportunities.
