Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization’s products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Previous work experience in the e-commerce industry such as Noon, Namshi, Amazon, Daraz, Shopify, or any other platform similar to these.
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing in e-commerce industry
  • Experience in META Ads, Google Ads, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Digital Marketing - Ecommerce marketplace: 6 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational business goals, driving both short-term and long-term growth.
  • Oversee and execute large-scale marketing campaigns across various digital channels including META Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, while overseeing campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs, to assess effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and refine strategies for optimal results.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand audience behavior, identify emerging trends, and uncover new opportunities to enhance campaign performance and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, product, and web development) to produce compelling, targeted content, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across all channels.
  • Drive continuous optimization of digital campaigns through advanced A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking to improve conversion rates and maximize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies by continuously researching new tools, platforms, and digital marketing techniques, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple projects, and driving results within budget constraints.
  • Serve as the key strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on digital marketing tactics, long-term strategy, and innovation to support organizational goals.
