ABOUT THE ROLE

With the foundations for growth in place and supported by a Digital Producer, we’re looking for an all-rounder with a hands-on approach to continue to work with our agencies to improve search and social performance, website performance and add your own new ideas. You’ll be comfortable in both planning/prioritising and rolling up your sleeves to ensure delivery of key projects. You will play a key role in refining our 3-year digital roadmap which will see you plan and deliver continuous improvements across crucial digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to our Head of Marketing you will be accountable for Metlifecare’s digital presence and will use data and insights, plus your energy and experience to balance a busy workload and drive performance. Based in our support office located in Newmarket, this role is a unique opportunity to step into a market with long-term demand growth and guide the implementation of Metlifecare’s digital marketing strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Creating and managing our digital marketing roadmap, prioritising and delivering key digital projects in line with KPIs
  • Owning our marketing automation programme, providing the key link between marketing and sales journeys and ensuring key customer journeys are operating smoothly.
  • Implementing web and digital campaigns, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Continually optimising digital customer journeys across search, web and social, plus key digital media partnerships.
  • Managing one direct report, you’ll be comfortable coaching and sharing knowledge and expertise with your Digital Producer and the wider sales and marketing team, help the whole team to level up their digital knowledge.
  • Being accountable for selecting tools to assist with enhancing features and functionality, working with our IT partners to create and optimise interfaces between different digital platforms; GA4, web, CRM, DAM, automation and future digital marketing platforms.
  • Liaising with our IT team as key point of contact for marketing, ensuring all solutions are future proof and fit our architecture and specifications.

5yrs+ in a digital marketing manager, digital marketing project manager or similar role where you have a proven track record in lead growth, ideally having also developed and delivered digital projects including websites, automation and integrations.

  • Proven experience creating and optimising customer journeys - both lead generation and nurture
  • A strong track record of delivering conversion rate/funnel improvements across digital channels.
  • Good level of understanding of Google analytics, including GA4, experienced with Search - SEO and SEM, social and web - and able to drive improvements
  • Solid project management and people management skills with the ability to balance product and delivery
  • Highly advantageous if you have digital marketing experience within retirement village, property fields or aged care.
  • Experience with headless CMS+DAM and Microsoft Dynamics would come in handy
