JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and manage clients’ paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok and oversee search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably within an agency environment, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or applicable in-work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and SEO, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Proven experience in managing successful paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience in implementing effective SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
