About MONEYME:
MONEYME is a founder-led digital lender and Certified B Corporation. We challenge the traditional ways of credit and simplify the borrowing experience with digital-first experiences that meet the needs of modern consumers. We offer a range of fast, flexible, and competitively priced products that span our customers’ credit lifecycle, including personal loans, credit cards, and car loans. We deliver unrivalled customer experiences powered by smart technology, speed and efficiency.
We are for ambitious Australians that expect more from life and the companies they engage with. We uphold a strong ethos of sustainability and hold ourselves accountable to the high standards of the B Corp movement. Our culture is energetic and driven, and we continually challenge the status quo… we’re nothing like your traditional finance institution. We have recently been certified as a B Corp and a Great Place To Work. We’re proud to have built a culture where people feel heard, cared for, and empowered to push boundaries. We wouldn’t be able to continually improve and grow as a company without our diverse and exceptional team.
What we are looking for:
Our marketing team is responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth across our personal loan, credit card, and other lending products. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and optimise our digital marketing channels, expand into new opportunities for acquisition, and ensure all reporting from ads through to funded loans is accurate and actionable.
MONEYME is a disruptor in the finance space and we do things differently to traditional lenders. This Digital Marketing Manager role is hands-on and focused on execution — you’ll work closely with our digital agency (who manage Google, Meta, and Bing campaigns) while leading the expansion into new channels to support the growth strategy of the business. You’ll also take full ownership of reporting and attribution, including setting up, auditing, and managing GA4, GTM, and attribution tools such as Ruler Analytics. On top of that, you’ll manage conversion rate optimisation testing in collaboration with our design, development, and marketing teams to improve funnel performance.
The role is based in Sydney (hybrid) and reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Around 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with proven results in campaign management and CRO.
  • Hands-on experience running or managing multi-channel campaigns, with a strong focus on expanding into new channels beyond Google, Meta, and Bing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and tracking, with deep expertise in GA4 and GTM, including the ability to set up, audit, and maintain tracking frameworks.
  • Experience with attribution tools such as Ruler Analytics, and confidence in building accurate reporting from ads through to funded loans.
  • Experience managing CRO test implementation and reporting, working with marketing, design and front-end developers to deliver experiments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Google Optimize.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to share results and insights across the business.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A collaborative approach, working well with internal teams from marketing, design, product and external agencies.
  • A positive attitude, with the confidence to challenge and continually improve how we do things.

We’ve got a big year ahead with ambitious growth targets, new channel expansion, and exciting opportunities in analytics and CRO. If you’re keen to work for a fast-moving, ASX-listed, BCorp-certified digital lender where you’ll have ownership and impact, we’d love to hear from you.

At MONEYME, we value:

  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate within and across teams and functions.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently & self-motivated.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines and manage multiple projects at one time.
