We’re a remote tech startup working in payments. Our product, WalletPay, is a modern invoicing tool built to simplify transactions and improve digital payment experiences for service-based businesses, contractors, and freelancers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within tech, SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven track record in growing brand presence and driving user acquisition through paid and organic digital campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, funnels, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Experience with content creation, basic graphic design (Canva, Figma), and marketing automation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is strategic, creative, and deeply familiar with the startup ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You’ll work closely with product and design teams to ensure messaging and positioning are aligned across the brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can take ownership of WalletPay’s marketing strategy from concept to execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to support product launches, customer acquisition, and growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Build out and manage WalletPay’s presence on social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and leadership to align marketing with business goals.
  • Maintain and grow our CRM/email marketing systems and implement lead nurturing strategies.
  • Drive user engagement through newsletters, blog posts, and community-building efforts.
  • Oversee and refine WalletPay’s brand identity and positioning across channels.
