The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing & Project Manager to join our team. The role oversees our product offering in the various SEA markets and works with the in-country teams to manage a balanced portfolio of product propositions. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in project management, enhanced communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective proposition management. Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Facilitate communication between teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring everyone is on the same page. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges. Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Generate regular reports for leadership, summarizing project status, risks, and achievements. Requirements: Extensive experience in project management, preferably in consumer tech product management. Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Effective leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, being able to process large amounts of data. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive setting and adapt to changing priorities. Fluency in English is a prerequisite, any other major language a plus.
