Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses; optimise the marketing mix to maximise cost‑effectiveness and results. Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions; activate centrally driven and regionally initiated marketing activities. Track product performance and external dynamics using appropriate tools; recommend and implement corrective actions to meet objectives. Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and other partners to maximise impact and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery. Identify segment‑specific patient needs and disease implications to inform targeted content and channel strategies. What does your profile look like: Proven end-to-end project management of brand and campaign initiatives, from planning through post-launch optimisation. Hands-on operations management and execution in regulated environments, delivering on quality, timelines, and budgets. Track record executing and monitoring omnichannel/digital programs with defined KPIs and measurable ROI. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Field) to drive aligned delivery.
