Apple is looking for a marketing manager to develop and support on device marketing programmes for Apple Pay and Apple Wallet services. The role is primarily responsible for working with the EMEIA WPC marketing team to develop and implement an on device plan for Apple Pay as part of the Wallet, Payments and Commerce (WPC) EMEIA team. DESCRIPTION Build relationships with cross functional teams in EMEIA to drive education to new and existing consumers about Apple Pay and Wallet programmes, products and offerings. Work with internal marketing teams (both in EMEIA and WW) to support marketing and product teams to create an annual calendar of Apple owned channels and publishing calendar. Work with US-based and local Marketing teams to develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies for key EMEIA markets and identify opportunities to incorporate Wallet features in Apple Pay campaign-based and evergreen engagement communications. This includes, customer journey planning, creative development and execution of assets across multiple countries in EMEIA. Finally, analysis of performance metrics and success of creative and campaigns across various channels and programs Be aware of market dynamics and regulatory environment effecting payments and impact on customer experience and behaviour. Partner with regional Business stakeholders to identify trends and insights and define marketing needs. The role will include virtual meetings across time zones and travel within EMEIA as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience driving partner marketing activities and customer acquisition campaigns across different geographical territories Experience working collaboratively and building positive relationships with business partners and stakeholders Understanding of product marketing and proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in financial products or services Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and presentation skills Customer-focused with strong attention to detail A university degree or equivalent Fluency in English. Additional European languages desirable.
