ABOUT US:

Workplace Stuff is a dynamic online retailer specialising in office furniture and workplace products - everything from ergonomic chairs to clever storage solutions. Based in Highbridge, Somerset, we combine quality product design with fast, reliable delivery across the UK. We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our paid advertising strategy through Google (Search, Shopping), Bing platforms and LinkedIn.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2–5 years managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads (Search/PPC/Shopping), Bing Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in performance metrics like ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Experience conducting keyword research, bid management, A/B testing, and writing compelling ad copy.
  • Proficiency with analytics/reporting tools: Google Analytics, Ads platforms, Excel, etc.

CERTIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Google Ads certification; Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) certification would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid media best practices and current digital marketing trends.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline - or equivalent experience.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills to present insights and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

SUMMARY:

A great candidate for this role will be an analytically driven paid media specialist with proven skills across Google Ads and Bing Ads, comfortable running end-to-end campaigns, optimizing continuously, and reporting performance clearly, ideally with inhouse ecommerce experience, certifications and based in Somerset.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
