THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate channels. You will be responsible for driving growth and efficiency across all paid media efforts, while leading a team of specialists and managing significant media budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth across all channels.
  • Be hands-on in managing campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), while overseeing Display and Affiliate programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, ensuring best practices and performance excellence.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure efficient spend and strong ROAS across all channels.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and deliver regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, content, CRM) to align messaging and audience strategies across the funnel.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, tools, and industry trends to innovate and improve campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to scale and test new channels or strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.
