Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in eCommerce to lead and execute paid media campaigns that reflect the sophistication and quality of our work. This is a paid, full-time opportunity to own and scale performance marketing across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and more. You’ll drive strategy, manage execution, and bring a luxury brand lens to all customer touchpoints online. Ideal candidates understand the nuances of marketing to audiences and have a strong grasp of direct response best practices within a premium brand context.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Proven track record of driving results through data-informed creative and targeting
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and messaging that speaks to discerning buyers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to own strategy and execution
  • Experience in working with CRM platforms
  • Preferable to have experience in healthcare or wellness industry
