This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketing leader who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to drive pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the latest B2B marketing trends, and can oversee multi-channel initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and brand marketing. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that drives both growth and brand awareness. Own the marketing funnel end-to-end: from demand generation to lead nurturing to brand positioning. Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, outbound, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and partnerships. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to acquire and convert high-quality leads. Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house or external resources as needed). Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring ROI on all initiatives. Requirements Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar senior role. Strong track record of driving measurable growth through ads, outbound campaigns, organic strategies, and brand marketing. Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing trends, tools, and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, outreach platforms, analytics tools). A creative strategist with the ability to execute hands-on when required. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
