We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our high-performing asset management business. This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting both B2B and retail channels. You’ll help build brand equity, showcase our investment expertise and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. Key responsibilities: Develop and refine strategies to identify, nurture and deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Manage and optimise our marketing automation platform Adobe Marketo, supporting lead-scoring and integrated capabilities such as email, webinars and digital advertising Collaborate with Martech agencies to enhance Marketo capabilities, CRM integration and data analysis Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with sales goals Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting on marketing ROI Maintain and enhance several websites in collaboration with internal colleagues and external agencies Manage CMS platforms such as WordPress and Optimizely Lead strategic digital projects and support BAU tasks such as EDMs and campaign landing pages Take end-to-end responsibility for our digital marketing funnel, designing and executing targeted campaigns Manage vendor relationships and build reporting systems to demonstrate marketing impact What we’re looking for Proven digital marketing experience, especially in investment environments targeting B2B (eg financial advisers) and B2C (eg ETF investors) Familiarity with Adobe Marketo or similar marketing automation systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Strong understanding of digital lead generation, campaign optimisation and marketing analytics Experience managing CMS platforms and working with web development agencies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present marketing performance to non-technical audiences Strong project management skills using online tools Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear reporting for stakeholders A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions w sc ve ask and the problems we solve.
