QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field

3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • Proven track record running successful Google Ads campaigns; certification is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of GA4, HubSpot, and campaign attribution models
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn for both paid and organic campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization), with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques
  • Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • A proactive, collaborative, and data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on Queue-it’s digital performance efforts and help drive demand generation. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Digital, this role is essential to building a strong online presence, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing key first-impression touchpoints. You will manage both paid and organic digital channels to ensure a cohesive, engaging brand experience across all entry points. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth and marketing success.
