The Digital Marketing Manager is a critical player. You'll ensure paid digital programs are continuing to produce leads and pipeline. You'll work with people in other departments, including product marketing, digital, field, partner marketing, and Sales. We expect you to be both creative and data-driven. We are high growth, in an explosive industry, and are looking for our next digital marketing manager designed to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline for our future customers. If you’re a driven, data- and results-oriented marketer who’s got some great campaign management chops, we’d love to talk with you. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads through content syndication and Google Paid Search. Optimize paid search Google campaigns for maximum effectiveness, aligning with AEO (AI Search) best practices. Manage and optimize email nurture campaigns to guide leads through the sales funnel. Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals. Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to drive leads, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and ultimately pipeline creation Partner with content and SDR team on outreach and follow-up communications for marketing campaigns Ensure leads are captured with Marketing Operations into Salesforce. Forecast, track, and report on marketing campaign performance; Develop and implement testing plans to drive continual improvement Ensure timely deployment of initiatives; Partner with stakeholders, be proactive to get buy in and ensure timelines are met and projects are in budget Improve new paid programs using data and feedback from our agencies and reports Set up webinars and work with content and product marketing to create compelling online events. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, content syndication, paid search, and AI-driven search optimization. 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing; agency background is a plus Proven experience with marketing technology platforms, including Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce, vendor management systems, and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign management, and email marketing best practices. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
