Who the Client Is: The client is a dental practice in Melbourne, Australia that provides high-quality dental services with a focus on improving patient health and function. They are expanding their marketing initiatives and need an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, optimization, and growth across multiple digital channels. Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital strategy, manage advertising campaigns, create and manage content, and optimize online visibility for the dental practice. You will work across Meta, Google, SEO, CRM, and creative platforms to drive lead generation, strengthen brand presence, and ensure a cohesive marketing ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, proactive, and skilled in multi-platform digital marketing management. Key Responsibilities Manage Meta ad campaigns for Facebook and Instagram Execute Google ad campaigns and monitor performance Lead AI-driven search optimization and overall SEO strategy Create and refine copywriting for digital channels Develop and implement social media content ideas Conduct market and competitor research Manage CRM workflows and automations via Go High Level Monitor and update Google My Business Collaborate with the client for campaign planning and execution Provide reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing optimization Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing or a similar role for a client in AU/US/UK/CA or similar market Strong background in Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, and digital strategy Experience managing social media content and campaign planning Skilled in marketing copywriting Familiarity with AI search optimization techniques Experience using creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite Ability to manage CRM platforms, specifically Go High Level Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience working with service-based or healthcare brands is a plus Work Arrangement & Expectations: Full-time remote position Must work in alignment with Melbourne (AEST/AEDT) business hours Communication via WhatsApp and Email Must be proactive, organized, and capable of managing end-to-end marketing execution
