We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple teams within the business to develop a strong digital marketing campaign across multiple channels. The role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise success. Key Responsibilities Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and product launches Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels like social media, email Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and resonate with the target audience Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and industry trends to inform content strategies Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimise campaign performance Experience in creating and managing compliant digital content, understanding industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) for marketing in the healthcare space Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with experience in content optimisation and keyword research Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Why Work With Us?
