• Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)

• Google Ads: 2 years (preferred)
• Social media management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newbury

• Manage and optimise our two WordPress websites
• Run Google PPC campaigns and drive performance through SEO
• Create engaging case studies, blogs, brochures and other content
• Lead our LinkedIn marketing – grow brand awareness and reach
• Plan and produce basic in-house video content (or work with freelancers)
• Track and report on key metrics – website traffic, leads, SEO rankings, etc.
• Help shape the future of our marketing and build a team over time
