About the Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the annual digital marketing plan in collaboration with Segment Marketing Managers
  • Budget Management: Manage all commercial aspects of the digital marketing budget and allocations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to support activations, NPD and distributor activities
  • Social Media Savvy: Plan and lead social media activities, asset development, and campaign execution
  • Market Insights: Conduct end-user market research and analytics to identify growth opportunities
  • Digital Asset Development: Create and deliver digital assets and programs for distributors and end-users
  • Campaign Management: Ensure digital campaigns align with customer journey maps and improve marketing results
  • Website & CMS Management: Maintain and update our website, intranet, and landing pages
  • Integrated Programs: Manage digital marketing programs including advertising, lead generation, and promotions
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance using digital analytical tools

About You:

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
