We’re a fast-growing, pet-loving team looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help us reach more pet parents and grow revenue through smart, scalable marketing strategies. If you’re creative, data-savvy, love animals, and want to make a difference, this is the perfect fit.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Longwood, Florida with some weekend availability needed.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or revenue optimization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially email automation and CRM segmentation
  • Comfortable with data analysis, campaign testing, and CRM database hygiene
  • Creative thinker with strong writing and visual content skills
  • Familiarity with tools like BigCommerce, Dialpad, and integration workflows is a strong plus
  • Experience with social media platforms, SEO basics, and customer engagement strategies
  • Comfortable using AI tools for marketing productivity
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and team-oriented attitude
  • Must genuinely love dogs, cats, and the people who care for them!
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, manage, and optimize automated marketing workflows, drip campaigns, and email sequences using HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Create and A/B test email content, landing pages, and promotional messaging
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using HubSpot reports and dashboards
  • Develop content and engagement for social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  • Maintain clean, organized CRM data and support lead segmentation, scoring, and integrations
  • Support pricing strategies, promotions, and retention campaigns to drive measurable growth
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI) to streamline content creation and campaign ideas
  • Work with platforms like BigCommerce and Dialpad to align marketing efforts with ecommerce and customer service
  • Assist with influencer outreach, SEO efforts, and potential PR collaborations
  • Brainstorm new ways to connect with customers and increase lifetime value
