A NOTE TO AGENCIES

We understand that agencies do search for opportunities to work with organisations such as ourselves. However, we request that you do not contact us in relation to the vacancies advertised above. We respond to enquiries from individuals seeking employment directly

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the strategic direction of the digital marketing activity of the hospice. St Clare is a special place to work and we are looking for someone who understands our ethos and wants to make a real difference to the local community by bringing their skills to St Clare.
This won’t be the first time you have used your digital marketing skills professionally as you work with colleagues to maximise digital engagement, reach new supporters and service users and use data insight and analysis to help inform strategic digital marketing decision-making.
You will relish the chance to project manage the day-to-day digital marketing activity and line-manage the Digital Content & Marketing Officer.

The role will be proactive working with a hands-on approach in the following areas

  • Income generation including retail and e-commerce
  • Clinical services
  • Community engagement activity
  • Education provision

The role will be responsible for promoting the work we do as a hospice and palliative care and will be instrumental in supporter acquisition and moulding the supporter journey. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we undertake our first ever Wild in Art, free art trail in the summer of 2026 – Lions on the Loose.
In return for your commitment, we offer a competitive salary, benefits, generous leave, pension options (including NHS continuity), life assurance, and an Employee Assistance Programme. We also provide strong development support and learning opportunities.
Right to Work
Please note St Clare Hospice do not hold a Certificate of Sponsorship, we are therefore unable to sponsor visa applications.
