You’ll take ownership of our digital infrastructure and evolve it into something that makes other marketers (and honestly, probably our own product team) a little jealous. Think automation workflows that automate the automation, personalization engines that make our prospects think we’ve overheard their conversations, and campaign orchestration so smooth it feels like cheating.
Our product engineers are building genuinely groundbreaking AI, which means the bar for “impressive” is pretty high around here. But if you’re the kind of marketer who gets energized by that challenge rather than intimidated by it—this might be the most fun you’ll have at work.
What You Will Do:
As Digital Marketing Manager, your focus will be to take full ownership of our existing systems—website, CMS, martech, and automation stack—and drive a step-function improvement in how they power our campaigns and operations. You’ll work closely with our Director of Growth Marketing, VP of Marketing, and CEO to evolve our tooling, introduce AI-based efficiencies, and ensure everything is built to scale with where marketing is headed next.
