The opportunity:
Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to take responsibility for developing and executing the digital and lower funnel marketing efforts of Goodlife Health Clubs.
As a key player in our marketing team, you’ll work closely with Goodlife’s Senior Marketing Manager to lead the paid and owned digital strategy, ensuring it seamlessly aligns with our full-funnel approach. Your focus will be on delivering strong commercial outcomes - boosting brand consideration, generating high-quality leads, and driving member acquisition.
This role is highly collaborative, partnering with teams across Marketing, Club Operations, and Legal to bring to life impactful, insight-led campaigns. You’ll be hands-on in using performance data to continually optimise campaigns in real time - maximising ROI, strengthening key brand metrics, and fuelling growth.
We’re looking for a commercially minded digital expert with a deep understanding of paid media strategy and execution. You’ll bring a sharp eye for investment prioritisation and a results-driven mindset to help us achieve our broader business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across current and future programmatic platforms eg: Meta, Google, YouTube, Spotify
  • Define audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative rotations to optimise ROI
  • Own campaign tagging, tracking, and reporting setup to ensure accurate performance data
  • Partner with agency teams and platform partners to apply best practice and testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to align digital activity to the broader campaign calendar
  • Manage the paid digital execution of all GTM campaigns including product launches and tactical bursts
  • Brief and manage creative asset development with internal creative and production team
  • Track and manage media budgets in partnership with your manager and HOD
  • Ensure digital assets are tailored to platform specifications and campaign objectives
  • Manage the brand’s presence across social platforms including content calendars, scheduling and reporting
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs (leads, CPA, ROAS, CTR, engagement etc.
