Job Description Role purpose Oversee ATL (above-the-line ) campaign including both traditional and digital communication and contribute to Growth Initiatives by leading the process from the development to implementation of WHAT (offer), WHO (target groups) and HOW (messages, touchpoints) Lead ATL campaign development and execution to help organization meets annual sales and market share objectives Lead digital CRM/Loyalty program and co-work with customer insight team to enlarge data-base, enrich insights, and turn them into applicable commercial strategy. Lead all material development process/execution regarding above-the-line marketing communication territory. Lead media plan investment strategy, execution, and evaluation. Accountabilities Drive best-in-class marketing communication campaigns with clear numerical KPIs that directly link to top-of-mind brand awareness, trials, and repeats. Owns media investment effectiveness and efficiency Owns all activities related to marketing communications (strategy, production, execution) Qualifications Knowledge, experience & capabilities Experience & capabilities Analytical and make decision with data Highly organized, attention to detail Capable of handling and prioritizing various administrative tasks and deadlines Self-starter with excellent communication and computer skills Positive & proactive approach Enjoys working in a team environment Be able to learn and adapt quickly Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration (MBA preferred) Minimum 8 years' experience in marketing management Strong knowledge of marketing communications, digital marketing, and media analysis Understanding of business environment and be open-minded to learn agricultural business Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills Additional Information Travel Sometimes for field visit
