We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive this transformation forward.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Electricity Forum is on a mission to grow our electrical training business and better serve our students, advertisers, and industry partners. We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help us increase visitor engagement, improve website and campaign conversions, and monetize traffic across our platforms—including our website, broadcast emails, and social media channels.
This is not just a campaign execution role—it’s a strategic position where your insights and creativity will directly support business growth. You’ll play a key role in developing effective marketing funnels, overseeing design strategy, and utilizing analytics to optimize our promotional efforts for training courses, webinars, live forums, and advertising programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing business experience with a focus on conversion optimization and campaign results
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, A/B testing, and design tools
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media, and analytics platforms
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align design and messaging with business objectives
  • Familiarity with B2B, training/education platforms, or AI personalization is an asset
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase course registrations, training RFQs, and advertising engagement
  • Improve user journeys, conversion flows, and CTAs across our website and landing pages.
  • Lead the creation and design of digital assets for course announcements, newsletters, and social promotions
  • Collaborate with our development team to implement front-end UX/UI improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and grow LinkedIn and other social media channels to convert engagement into registrations
  • Monitor traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improved functionality and conversion.
  • Support rollout of AI-powered tools that personalize content and suggest training courses.
  • Deploy segmented broadcast email campaigns to nurture leads and promote our educational programs
