POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our existing marketing plan, managing our e-commerce platforms, and creating engaging content across our social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our online presence and drive business growth through effective digital strategies whilst offering autonomy and a good work life balance.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Demonstrable experience managing e-commerce websites, particularly Shopify and Amazon Seller accounts
    · Solid knowledge of web and social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, social media analytics, Hotjar, etc)

· Proven experience managing multiple digital marketing schedules across various platforms.

  • Strong portfolio showing successful social media management and content creation across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok using Canva and Capcut or other similar tools.
  • Proven experience with SEO optimisation and content marketing
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and Amazon platforms and generating and inserting trackable ad tags.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong competency in managing and generating email campaigns on MailChimp or Klaviyo

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

· Thorough understanding of key digital marketing principles and best practices.
· An analytical and critical thinker who can evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points using analytics data (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads).
· Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
· Experience in assessing and optimising the performance of websites, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

· Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript developments and constraints.

  • Excellent content creation skills (written, visual, and video)
  • Strong analytical ability and data interpretation skills
  • Creative problem-solving approach
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong desire to own their remit and demonstrate ability to drive things forward
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • Experience in food/FMCG marketing
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and CRM systems
  • Content creation skills
