Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the digital driver behind our hospitality group, shaping how our brands show up online, engage with customers, and build loyal communities. From bold brand campaigns to snappy social content, you’ll lead the strategy and execution across digital channels.

This is a hands-on hybrid role where you’ll split your time between:

  • Onsite (Gold Coast & Brisbane): filming content, leading shoots, capturing campaigns in action.
  • Work from home: strategy, planning, reporting, and creative execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and manage multi-brand digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and paid media.
  • Work closely with brand directors, chefs, and our creative partners (design & PR) to deliver consistent, on-brand storytelling.
  • Lead social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and community management.
  • Drive customer engagement and retention through CRM, EDM, loyalty, and digital activations.
  • Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and deliver reports that translate data into action.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure each brand’s unique tone of voice shines through (playful, bold, cheeky, or wholesome depending on the brand).
