What some of your day-to-day responsibilities will look like Lead and develop a high-performing team across content, social, CRM, digital retail and performance marketing. Lead digital reporting, insights and analytics to inform key business decisions Bring the brand plan to life through digital channels, supporting the wider marketing team to achieve brand health and sales objectives Set the strategic direction for all digital channels and marketplaces (CRM, performance, social and content, Amazon and retailer media) Manage agency partners to ensure strong delivery, accountability and achievement of KPIs. Your vibe You will have 6 years’ experience within a similar role in an FMCG environment, as well as: Experience leading a digital team and owning overarching digital strategy and outcomes Broad exposure across key digital functions (CRM, Performance/Content/E-commerce) Proficiency with digital platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo & GA4 Demonstrated experience leading digital projects including website builds and migrations A passion for skincare, beauty and wellness products, a plus Why Join Us?
