The VITREA Group operates rehabilitation clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We are currently developing our digital marketing centrally – with ample creative freedom and short decision-making processes.

• Management and coordination of digital marketing projects in the DACH region
• Further development of our websites, career pages and landing pages
• Planning and coordination of digital campaigns for staff and patient recruitment
• Expansion of our social media structures and support of the locations through templates, guides and training.

• Development of tracking, analytics and reporting structures

• At least three years of professional experience in digital marketing
• You possess a broad understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly in the areas of website management, SEO, SEA, GEO, social media, digital campaigns, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Prior experience in digital staff or patient recruitment is advantageous.
• You work in a structured and pragmatic way and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
• You have a feel for digital trends and enjoy putting new ideas into practice.
• You want to take on responsibility in a small, growing team and at the same time help out operationally.

Experience in healthcare or decentralized organizational structures is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You will take on responsibility, manage projects, coordinate service providers and support our facilities in successfully using digital marketing solutions.
