The role requires designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that build a strong sales pipeline through organic lead generation, digital marketing, and performance-focused strategies. This position combines creativity, analytical thinking, and business acumen to position the company as a trusted technology partner. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other channels. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive business growth. Manage marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to streamline campaign execution and reporting. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Enhance brand visibility and engagement through social media, content marketing, and digital initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within IT hardware or technology domains. Proven track record of driving successful lead generation and digital marketing campaigns. Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker capable of converting business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. Performance Metrics: Number of qualified B2B leads generated monthly/quarterly. Website traffic growth, engagement rate, and campaign ROI. Contribution of marketing activities to the sales pipeline.
