CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of online B2B marketing experience, ideally in a high-tech or telecommunications environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success in lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI-driven campaigns.

Expertise in:

  • WordPress website optimization, SEO, and analytics
  • Marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • WordPress and content management systems
  • Content strategy and creation
  • Social media marketing across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads)
  • Business development experience is a strong asset.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the execution of high-impact digital strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. Entrepreneurial-minded, you will be involved with leadership decisions, and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This hands-on role is ideal for a tech-savvy marketer who thrives in a B2B environment and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing, innovative company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads and support sales initiatives.
  • Oversee and optimize the company’s WordPress website for SEO, conversion, and user experience.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot and WordPress along with Google and other A.I. tools and software to manage content, automation, and performance analytics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and web traffic data to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  • Manage and grow Wi-Com’s presence across all digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and more. Wi-Com has video production capabilities in house that can be fully leveraged.
  • Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies.
