The Role: Digital Marketing Manager – International (Marketo) We are actively looking for future hiring. What will you do? Become the subject matter expert for Secure Power International in digital marketing automation Lead the planning & design of SMA programs working with Central Marketing and the Zone Marketing teams Implement SMA programs > either as regional deployment via Marketo or supporting global/hybrid deployment Analyze program results and adjust to optimize the performance Partner with other Marketing Operations roles to manage the data, processes, and systems to make the Marketing engine as efficient as possible. Actively support data cleaning and data enrichment projects. Partner with Digital Customer Experience team to identify and implement best practices and tools Be a change agent. Partner to identify key pain points across marketing, then engage with a team of subject matter experts to address root causes of the pain and deliver sustainable solutions. Engage regular with regional marketing leadership to outline operational insights, recent trends, root causes of under-performance, and key contributors towards success. Act as an ad-hoc operational resource for Marketing leadership. Partner with Marketing Systems team to help unlock the existing potential of all tools and marketing processes. Make operational data, business processes, and existing tools accessible and sustainable so they become engrained across the Marketing department. Who would be successful? Graduate of Bachelor of Communications, Statistics, or related field or equivalent Experience in developing marketing automation programs, lead nurturing and online content Excellent technical skills and experience using Salesforce, Excel Marketo skills required Understand both commercial & marketing Must be amenable to work in Cavite What’s in it for me?
