  • Expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of Sales and Marketing clouds, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Outstanding technical communication skills
  • Managing risk and controls, change and transformation, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating to a technical deployment team.
  • Experienced in improvement of service processes to deliver solutions in an efficient, scalable and profitable manner.
  • Experience working with Agile development teams and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities:

YOUR TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

Ownership of MSCI’s Marketing email and Social Media platforms including strategy, management, and performance. Our team manages Marketing email preference and contact strategy including the technical orchestration and deployment of client journeys for lead automation and management.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product ownership of Marketing Automation stack; Develop and manage a backlog to prioritize and implement technical updates, enhancements and optimization for our core workflows (Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, Highspot)
  • Help support the Marketing Automation team to expand the usage of Engagement Studio to drive onboarding and nurture programs
  • Experience working with Marketing App Extensions and familiarity with Pardot API preferred
  • Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related projects, gathering and reporting consolidated project status
  • Prioritize what, when, why and how to release product features related to digital marketing
  • Provide technical requirements to maximize efficiency of Salesforce in our Leads to Coverage workflow.
  • Partner with Business Technology and Sales Effectiveness team on developing solutions based on the requirements you provide.
  • Stay up-to-date with tools and technologies in digital user experience, and make recommendations for their integration into our strategy.
  • Oversee Salesforce connector sync and task resolution of sync conflicts.
