JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in website management, Google Ads, and online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital campaigns, enhancing our online presence, and increasing customer engagement. This role requires working from our office at least two days per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and website CMS platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for performance.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Availability to work from the office at least two days per week.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in e-commerce or the food industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising and email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse online performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Manage content updates, promotions, and online product listings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales director and sales team to align digital efforts with business goals.
