Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Are you a digital learn-it-all with a love for meaningful marketing? We’re on the lookout for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us spread the Orange Sky magic far and wide. In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our marketing team – wrangling digital channels, managing suppliers, and bringing integrated campaigns to life. You’ll dive into data, uncovering insights that shape smart decisions and impactful storytelling. From crafting content to amplifying our brand voice, you’ll make sure every message we share reflects our mission and connects with our incredible community to enhance their experience. In a nutshell this role will be responsible for:

  • Support the execution and optimisation of digital campaigns and provide data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO content, and performance enhancements using tools like WordPress, Google Analytics & Clarity.
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, on-brand campaign delivery.Maintain and improve internal marketing systems, processes, and platform subscriptions.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar position within a fast-paced organisation - ideally in the not for profit sector or within an agency. In addition:

  • A baseline understanding of Meta and Google Ads platforms, and experience executing
  • A baseline understanding of digital metrics and funnel (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate)
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot small issues independently
  • A passion for data, and translating numbers into meaningful insights
  • Strong content writing skills with ability to adapt across various channelsA learn-it-all attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in and trial new things!
