JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency helping businesses stand out through content creation, ads, and automation. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our team and support both our advertising campaigns and day-to-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in digital marketing. You’ll get hands-on experience running ad campaigns, coordinating content shoots, and working directly with clients and our creative team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads (coursework or some experience is an asset).
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating with both clients and team members.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

• Assist with planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, track results, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with clients and our internal team to schedule video and photo shoots.
• Ensure shooters (videographers/photographers) are booked and prepared for client projects.
• Support social media posting and scheduling.
• Help keep projects organized and on track.
