Job Description Plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.). Align campaigns with overall business goals and target audiences Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce engaging content. Optimize website and content for better visibility in organic search results. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Advertising Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows. Manage email lists and track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) Market Research & Trend Analysis Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis and customer behavior studies. Minimum Qualifications Education min. bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaign Experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.) Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional project Strong planning skills Good communication, presentation and Excellent problem-solving skills
