At UKO Group—home to UK Doors Online, Trade Window Centre, UK Rooflights, UKO Glass, and Quad —we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to help drive growth across our portfolio of B2B and B2C brands.
This is a key role in our expanding marketing team, responsible for making sure our digital presence performs at its best—from ad campaigns to website performance, design portals and automated email journeys.

• Planning and executing paid search, social, and display campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Overseeing website performance, analytics, and ongoing conversion optimisation.
• Collaborating with developers on new website launches and improvements.
• Managing marketing automation tools and CRM workflows to support customer journeys.
• Setting up and monitoring tracking (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.).
• Working with the wider team to create and implement automated mailing campaigns.
