Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focused placement on our Matrix brand. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns that elevate the Matrix brand’s presence and drive engagement with our tech-savvy audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and utilize data-driven strategies to optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the Matrix brand across platforms such as social media, search engines, and display networks. Optimize campaigns using analytics tools to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Create and manage content that aligns with the Matrix brand identity and marketing objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the smart home technology industry. Collaborate with sales and product teams to synchronize marketing efforts and support brand growth. Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maintain Matrix’s competitive edge. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in technology or smart home sectors. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics platforms. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively. Excellent communication and content creation abilities tailored to digital platforms. Preferably with experience handling e-commerce. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
